Returning for its third year, the Global Black Economic Forum’s (GBEF) Queer Space event will take place on Thursday, July 4, 2025, at the House of Blues in New Orleans as part of the 31st ESSENCE Festival of Culture. Designed as a vibrant celebration and convening of Black LGBTQ+ leaders, artists, and advocates, Queer Space centers Black Queer Excellence through culture, connection, and conversation. With dynamic music from top DJs, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and specialty cocktails, the evening offers more than a party—it’s a statement. Queer Space reaffirms GBEF’s commitment to uplifting LGBTQ+ voices across the diaspora. RSVPs will open soon.
